The special ApCom meeting has been scheduled and will take place on Wednesday, September 6th from 12:00pm to 1:00pm. Right now it will take place on Zoom (Zoom info below), but I'm trying to find a room to make this meeting hybrid. If I find a room before Wednesday I will update everyone.
