Attached please find an updated package for Todd's materials which include the committee report and letters. You will also find attached slides that provide an overview of the Research Professor position. These slides were from the June ApCom meeting when the group approved the renewal process for this position. Additional feedback from HPI folks has also been requested and I will share any feedback I receive ahead of tomorrow's meeting.

This is a reminder that the next ApCom meeting will take place this upcoming Monday, November 11th at 2:00pm in the Fellows Room. Please find the agenda for this meeting attached. As you will see from the agenda, one of the items is discussing/having a recommendation vote on Todd Michael's Research Professor Appointment Renewal. Attached are the materials Todd provided to his committee. Please note the Committee Report has not been submitted yet. I will send that around to the group when I receive it.
