Dear ApCom,


This is a reminder that the next ApCom meeting will take place this upcoming Monday, July 8th at 2:00pm in the Fellows Room. Please find the agenda for this meeting attached. As you can see from the agenda, ApCom will be discussing and finalizing numerous Promotion Committees and Faculty Search Committees. Your attendance will be greatly appreciated so quorum can be reached and the processes can move forward in a smooth and timely matter.


Also attached to this email you will find a list of suggestions for each of the promotion committees that you can look over beforehand and come prepared to discuss, as well as the supporting documentation in relation to the various Adjunct reappointments that will be discussed/voted on.
